Service and Support Options

Double Click Computers services Macintosh computers. We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider Plus (AASP+). With our staff of Service technicians, we can also provide on-site support for your business or home system to minimize any downtime you may have.

Double Click Computers also offers Service and Support Contracts. A Double Click Computers service contract will take away the burden of unexpected system repair bills.

Service Costs (if not under contract):
Service Rate for customers who purchased computers from Double Click (either location) = $110.00 per hour
Service Rate for customers who purchased their computers elsewhere. = $125 per hour

Contracts can be purchased as either on-site, in which we will fix the equipment at your location, or carry-in, in which you would bring the equipment to our location.

A Double Click Service Contract will provide you with peace of mind when it comes to your computer system.
