Before you arrive
Time Machine
Before you bring in your device make sure it is has been backed up properly **If you are unsure or unable to backup your device, we can backup your device for an additional fee.
iCloud
If you back up your computer files and photos to iCloud make sure everything has been backed up before you bring it in. Also, backup iPhones and iPads before service.
External Hard Drives
Also please bring along your external hard drive. It makes the service process much faster and easier.
Disable "Find My"
Before bringing in your device make sure “Find My” has been disabled in the Apple ID settings

Our service process
1. Check in
Call and make an appointment to bring your device into either of our locations for a quick and free check of issues you may be experiencing.
2. Diagnosis
Some machines require additional triage before we can recommend a solution. We can contact you within two business days with a full diagnosis and quote for resolution.** No work is performed until you fully approve the service.
3. Repair
Once approved, our skilled technicians will perform the service in our repair workshop in Bethlehem.
Rest assured, your machine is in great hands.
4. Pickup
Typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days from date of check-in. We will call when your device is ready to make a pick up appointment.
*** We warrant our services 90 days from date of repair on the component(s) serviced.

Accidents happen, & data can disappear if not backed up. We will try our hardest given even the most stubborn hard drives to recover your precious data at reasonable rates.
Onsite & Service Contracts
You dont always need to unplug your machine and drag it to our store when you need help. We can even sell block time to your business to have us at the ready. When systems go down, you know who to call.
Liquid Damage
Few things inspire grief quicker than a spill on your machine. Each liquid event is different, and we will use every option possible to ease the pain. In many cases, we can at least attempt to rescue lost data.
Data Migration
Moving information from one machine to another doesn’t have to be a chore. Let us do the heavy lifting and transfer your important data—even from some units that don’t power on—safely and securely with your privacy in mind.
