Quick Checks
Before you schedule your appointment, try these fixes at home. Tap the links for more info. Many issues can be resolved attempting:
Power cycle, turning your device off for a few seconds. If unresponsive/frozen, hard reset the device
1. Schedule an Appointment
Either call us at (610) 865-4999 or go online to the Apple Locator to schedule an appointment
2. Back up
Back up your device to iCloud or iTunes before arriving for service
Prepare to have Apple ID login info handy in case repair is necessary.
3. Disable "Find My"
Before bringing in your device make sure “Find My” has been disabled in the Apple ID settings

4. Repair
If possible, our skilled technicians will perform the service in our repair workshop in Bethlehem. No repairs for iPhones at the West Reading location.
*Mail-in service is required for some hardware repairs on iPhones and on all iPads (like batteries, damaged screens, etc.)
Rest assured, your machine is in great hands.
5. Pickup
Repair time varies depending on issue.
We warrant our services 90 days from date of repair on the component(s) serviced.

Data recovery on iOS ranges from difficult to impossible, so before the emergency make sure you are backed up!
